Critique of heavily remodeled bath
The job done by the Coordinator Brian Hovey and the actual team members Nick, Jay and Zach was outstanding. We requested a very extensive remodeling of a 24 year old master bath. With one exception, the performance of the entire crew was outstanding and professional. The one exception was the NON-CHARLESTON BATH EXPERTS sub-contract dry wall and painter. This individual, who has his own painting business clearly did not place the completion of our project at a high level of importance. On the days that he would come to work on our renovation, he would typically show up at 3:30 PM or later and work for a few hours. This individual did not communicate clearly and misunderstood his directions from Charleston Bath Experts and nearly painted the bathroom a dark chocolate brown when a very pale green had been requested. When he finally got around to painting the bathroom, he still got the color wrong and had to re-paint it despite having been provided with the proper color name and code. In short, we were not at all satisfied with this individual or his work. In keeping with his promise at the outset of negotiations, Brian Hovey fully carried through with corrective measures to ENSURE 100% SATISFACTION - even to the point where he personally fixed the problems caused by the failure of their sub-contractor.
