Switch from tub to walk-in shower
My wife and I could not be happier with Charleston Bath Experts, from beginning to end. Their salesman, Derek, was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and gave us great guidance throughout our questions. Both Kelly Jo inside co-ordinator) and Kimberly (finances) in the office were thorough, friendly, and also knowledgeable throughout the process. The estimated time frame to begin the job - and complete it - was met, as all of the workers reported on-time each morning. Due to some additional work we requested, the job took an extra day (three in total), which was more than reasonable and expected. Brian did a wonderful job overseeing all of the operation, as he was here for a good part of the installment. The installers were: Luke, Justin, Paul, Brian, and Jay, and did a great job in minimizing any disruptions during the three days. They had to only shut the water off for a MAXIMUM of one hour TOTAL for the three days. All of the workers were extremely knowledgeable, courteous, patient with our questions/concerns, and explained things along the way. They left our new bathroom in as clean a state as one could expect when the job was completed. I would highly recommend this company, if one is considering making any changes to their bathroom. They are fair and honest, and a joy to have in the house. Lastly, my wife and I spotted a couple of "tweaks" which need to be corrected, and they will soon be here to fix these. We are extremely happy with our new bathroom,
