Saw several bath remodel exhibits at a local trade show. I chose Charleston Bath Experts above the rest because of the mold-proof, MicroBan treated materials. Brian's presentation and in-depth discussion of the of the materials and installation process sealed the deal. He did make a slight error with one of his measurements which left one panel too short for the space. He readily accepted responsibility and resolved the issue with upgraded material at no cost to me. You have to admire that. The installation impressed me the most. I don't know what he gets paid, but Nick, the lead installer, deserves a raise! You can tell he loves his work. He put his all into everything he did. And, most impressive was the pride he took in the quality of his work. It was obvious that he was passing these traits on to his helpers, Nick and Matt.
