Great Materials - Outstanding Installation
I saw several bath remodel exhibits at a local trade show. I chose Charleston Bath Experts because of the mold-proof, MicroBan infused materials used in their tubs, showers, and surrounds. Brian's presentation and discussion of the installation process sealed the deal for replacement of a two bathrooms, a tub in one and an odd-sized shower in the other. He did make a slight error in one of his measurements which caused one of the panels to be too short for the space. However, he readily accepted responsibility and resolved the issue by adding a decorative strip, which is normally an upgrade, at no cost to me. The demolition phase was impressive. The shower involved removal of ceramic tile floor and walls that were backed with cement. Both baths were taken down to the studs in one day. Installation was flawless. The lead installer, Nick, was outstanding. He worked tirelessly and kept me informed of the progress being made. It was obvious that his work was quality oriented and not time-driven. He was training two helpers, Nick and Matt, and it was apparent that they were picking up his enthusiasm for the work and his goal of quality. I don't know what Nick gets paid, but he should get a raise! These guys can work for me anytime.
